Terms of Service
Last updated: December 25, 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LocalEdge Datacenter services, including lab VPS servers and any related offerings (the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We currently provide lab VPS servers and may expand our offerings in the future. Features, performance, and availability may vary by plan and capacity.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate contact and billing information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for:
- Illegal activity, including hosting or distributing unlawful content
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, or unauthorized access attempts
- Abusive network behavior (DDoS, scanning, or disruption of other systems) without explicit authorization
- Any activity that violates third-party rights or applicable laws
We may suspend or terminate Services for violations of this section.
4. Billing & payments
Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are generally billed month-to-month unless otherwise stated at purchase. You authorize us (and Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for fees, taxes, and applicable add-ons.
5. Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you believe you were billed incorrectly or service was not delivered as expected, contact support@localedgedatacenter.com with details.
7. Service availability
We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, capacity limits, upstream outages, or other events may impact availability.
8. Data & backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data unless a paid backup feature is explicitly included in your plan. We are not liable for loss of data due to user actions, software failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalEdge Datacenter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
