Refund policy

If you were charged incorrectly or service was not delivered as expected, contact support. Refunds are handled case-by-case based on the issue and usage.

Cancellation

Subscriptions are month-to-month unless stated otherwise. You can request cancellation at any time and it will apply at the end of the current billing period.

Delivery timeline

VPS provisioning is typically available shortly after purchase, but may be delayed based on capacity or verification. If delayed, we’ll notify you by email.
